Email support@farhatagency.com for account, Instagram connection, or privacy questions. This opens your email application; your request is sent only when you send the email.
Include your RaplyFlow account email, workspace name, and a short description of the issue. For an Instagram connection or automation issue, include the connected username, approximate time, and any error message with sensitive information removed. Never include passwords or access tokens.
Privacy and deletion requests
