1. Stop future automation
If you have a RaplyFlow account, sign in, select the relevant workspace, and open Automations to disable your rules. In Social Accounts, disconnect Instagram. You can also remove RaplyFlow in Instagram’s connected-app permissions settings to revoke access at Meta.
Disconnecting clears stored credentials in RaplyFlow. It does not erase existing account information, queued jobs, or automation history. Work already in flight may still complete. Disconnecting is separate from a full deletion request.
2. Request deletion
Email support@farhatagency.com with the subject “RaplyFlow data deletion request”. This opens your email application; your request is sent only when you send the email.
For an account or workspace request, include your RaplyFlow sign-in email, workspace name, connected Instagram username, and whether you want your whole account, a workspace, or only Instagram-related data deleted.
If you are an Instagram commenter, include your Instagram username, the account you commented on, and a comment link or approximate date so the relevant records can be located. You do not need to register or sign in to RaplyFlow.
Never send passwords, access tokens, or unrelated personal information. A request must be checked to establish your identity or authority over the affected data, especially for a shared workspace.
3. Delete through your authenticated account
Open Manage and delete your data, also linked from Settings and onboarding. Enter your current password and type DELETE in the relevant form. Review the workspace name carefully: deleting a workspace removes it for every member and cannot be undone.
- Workspace deletion (owner only): removes the workspace, its memberships, connected social-account profiles and stored credentials, automation settings and message copy, action records, and pending connection authorizations. Other workspaces and members’ personal accounts remain.
- Personal account deletion: removes your profile, sign-in records, sessions, pending connection authorizations and memberships. You must delete workspaces you own first or contact support to arrange an ownership transfer. Shared workspace data under another owner remains; identify any further personal data you want removed in your support request.
The application reports success only after the deletion finishes. If it reports an error, retry or contact support. Deletion is not performed just by visiting this page or opening an email link.
4. Email requests and confirmation
Support verifies your identity and the requested scope before an operator runs the deletion process. For commenter requests, the operator can remove matching comment-action records and older queued comment data in the relevant workspace. Support will need enough information to locate the comment and establish that the request relates to you. Shared workspace access alone does not authorize deletion of other people’s workspaces.
Email requests require human handling; there is no automatic email acknowledgement or online request-status tracker. Support can confirm the result and explain any records outside the live application deletion, including support correspondence, hosting logs or backups.
Retention and limits
Action records become eligible for deletion 30 days after creation. Completed queue references are cleaned after 24 hours and failed references after 30 days. Expired authentication records, expired social credentials, and credentials for connections that RaplyFlow has marked as no longer connected are also cleaned. Sweeps run at startup and hourly while the worker operates; outages can delay cleanup until the next successful run. Account and workspace configuration remain until deleted.
An action already in flight may finish. Deleting RaplyFlow data does not delete your Instagram account or retract comments and messages already sent through Meta. Manage those directly on Instagram. Future interactions may generate new records. Read the Privacy Policy or contact support for more information.
