RaplyFlow is operated by Farhat Content & Commerce Group LLC, 1001 S. Main St., STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA.
Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account, or otherwise using RaplyFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you use RaplyFlow for a business or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You may use RaplyFlow only if you can enter into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the service under applicable law and the rules that apply to your Instagram account. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and keep workspace access limited to authorized people. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or workspace and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The RaplyFlow service
RaplyFlow lets a workspace connect a supported Instagram professional account and configure keyword-based comment automations. When an enabled automation detects a configured keyword in a comment, RaplyFlow attempts to publish the configured public reply and then send the configured private reply through Instagram. A private reply may include a destination link configured by the workspace. Other platforms and capabilities are not included in the current service.
Instagram and Meta
You authorize RaplyFlow to use the Instagram connection you establish to carry out the workflows you configure. You must have permission to connect and manage that account. Your use of Instagram and Meta services remains subject to their terms, policies, permissions, rate limits, reviews, and technical availability. Those services may change, restrict, delay, or prevent an automation from running. RaplyFlow cannot guarantee that Meta will accept or deliver a particular reply. RaplyFlow is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta or Instagram.
Your content and configured messages
You retain your rights in the keywords, message text, links, and other content you provide. You authorize RaplyFlow to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and perform your configured workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content, linked destinations, and any notices or permissions required for your communications. Public replies are visible on Instagram, and private replies are delivered through Meta’s systems.
Acceptable use
Do not use RaplyFlow to send spam, deceptive communications, or unlawful or unsolicited bulk messages; harass or exploit people; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; connect accounts or send messages without authority; violate law or Meta or Instagram rules; circumvent restrictions; introduce malicious code; disrupt the service; evade access controls; or attempt unauthorized access.
Service availability and changes
RaplyFlow is provided as currently available and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, security work, or third-party platform changes. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service, address legal or security concerns, or respond to changes in Meta’s services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any automation, or a particular result from using RaplyFlow.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to RaplyFlow or a connected integration if reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, address a security risk, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using RaplyFlow at any time, disable automations, disconnect Instagram, or request deletion. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions, will continue to apply.
Account and workspace deletion
Authenticated users can request password-confirmed personal-account deletion. Workspace owners can request password-confirmed deletion of a workspace and its RaplyFlow-controlled records. A user who owns a workspace must first delete it or arrange an ownership transfer before deleting their personal account. Disconnecting Instagram clears stored connection credentials but is different from deleting workspace configuration and history. An action already in flight may still complete, and deletion does not retract replies already sent through Meta. See User Data Deletion for the scope and request instructions.
Intellectual property
RaplyFlow and its operator retain all rights in the service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, excluding content owned by users or third parties. Subject to these Terms, you may use the service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer ownership of RaplyFlow or permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RaplyFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Meta or Instagram change, or that every reply or link will be delivered. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Farhat Content & Commerce Group LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to RaplyFlow, even if advised that such loss may occur. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct.
Privacy and data handling
Our Privacy Policy explains the information RaplyFlow processes, why it is used, how it is protected, and current retention practices. The User Data Deletion page explains authenticated deletion options and how account holders or Instagram commenters can request deletion by email.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to RaplyFlow, legal requirements, security needs, or our practices. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the service and consider deleting your account or workspace.
